Why does my turf smell, even after I hose it off?
Pet urine and bacteria settle down into the infill and backing — the layers a hose can't reach. Arizona heat then bakes it in, so rinsing only masks it for a few days. A real deep clean extracts it at the source, which is why the smell actually stays gone.
How much does a cleaning cost?
It depends on your turf's size and condition. Our Basic Refresh starts at $0.22/sq ft ($140 minimum), the Pet Deep Clean at $0.35/sq ft ($195 minimum), and Full Restoration at $0.50/sq ft ($275 minimum). Every quote is upfront and honest — no hidden fees, no bait-and-switch.
Is it safe for my kids and pets?
Yes. The products we use are safe for kids and pets, and the turf is typically ready to use again shortly after it dries. If you have specific concerns, just let us know when we come out.
How often should I have it cleaned?
For pet homes, every 3–6 months keeps odor from building back up. For people-only yards, once or twice a year is usually plenty. We can recommend a schedule based on how your yard actually gets used.
