How service day works
- Clear debris — leaves, seed pods, and loose dirt get cleared first so the deep clean actually reaches the fibers.
- Groom & brush — a stiff brush lifts matted fibers back upright, especially in high-traffic paths and pet areas.
- Refresh infill — infill gets redistributed and topped off so the lawn holds its shape instead of feeling packed down.

What we do
Deep clean & sanitize
Removes dust, pollen, and bacteria buildup baked in by the sun, and leaves fibers upright and fresh instead of matted and dull.
Pet odor & bacteria treatment
An enzyme treatment breaks down urine crystals and odor-causing bacteria down at the backing, not just on the surface, so the smell doesn't come back with the next hot day.
Infill replenishment
We redistribute settled infill and top it off where it's thinned out, so your lawn holds its shape and stops feeling packed-down in high-traffic spots.
Debris & weed removal
Leaves, seed pods, and any weeds creeping up through seams or edging get cleared out before they take root or clog drainage.
Fiber grooming
A power brush lifts matted, flattened areas back upright — especially the walking paths and pet zones that take the most abuse.
Seasonal maintenance plans
Quarterly or monthly visits keep turf looking new year-round, and cost less per visit than booking one-off cleans.
